Carpet, recycled lines, vinyl plank and rolled vinyl for conventions, tournaments and corporate events across Baton Rouge, New Orleans and south Louisiana — supplied and installed by the crew that started here.
USA Event Carpet works out of Baton Rouge, Nashville and Orlando, and Louisiana is where the company began. The material sits here, the trucks load here, and the installers who show up at your venue live within driving distance of it. That matters most on the days a show goes wrong — a room gets switched, a freight shipment misses its window, or a client adds four thousand square feet three days before load-in.
It also puts us roughly ninety minutes from downtown New Orleans, so a single crew can cover the River Center on one date and the Morial Convention Center on the next without anybody flying anywhere or billing you for it.

The workhorse for exhibit halls, aisles, ballrooms and hospitality builds. Wide color range, cut to your floor plan so you are not paying for waste.

Recycled-content ranges and our exclusive lines — the option to reach for when a client is reporting on sustainability, or when a university or state agency has procurement language to satisfy.

Hard surface where carpet will not do: bars, kitchens, entryways, brand activations, and anywhere a floor has to be mopped rather than vacuumed. Useful in a Louisiana summer.

Our Louisiana calendar runs through the Raising Cane's River Center downtown — a complex with a 10,000-seat arena, a 1,900-seat performing arts theatre and a 70,000 square foot exhibition hall — plus the LSU campus and its athletic venues, the riverfront hotels, the casino properties, the Lamar Dixon Expo Center in Gonzales, and a long list of ballrooms, plantations and private clubs.
Ninety minutes south, New Orleans adds the Morial Convention Center, which holds about 1.1 million square feet of exhibit space and the largest contiguous exhibit hall in the country, along with the Superdome, the Smoothie King Center and the French Quarter hotel ballrooms. We treat both markets as one drive.
Most event flooring in this country gets used once and thrown away. We take ours back up and send it to be recycled instead — roughly 80% of the carpet we remove goes back into new carpet rather than into a Louisiana landfill.
If your client, university or agency needs proof for a sustainability report, we can provide recycling documentation for the job. It is the same crew and the same truck, so removal is not a separate vendor you have to chase.

Both. Take the material for your own crew, or have ours lay, tape and pull it. Most Baton Rouge installs happen overnight or inside the venue move-in window, so the room is finished before your first guest walks in.
Yes, and we treat it as the same market. Downtown New Orleans is about an hour and a half from our Baton Rouge base, so Morial Convention Center, Superdome and French Quarter hotel work is a drive rather than a shipment.
We answer quote requests within one business day, and short-notice south Louisiana jobs are usually possible because the material and the crews are already here. Send the venue, dates and square footage and we will tell you honestly what is doable.
Yes. Pick the colors you are considering on any product page and request samples. They travel with your quote, so you are matching against the real thing instead of a screen.
Venue, dates, and rough square footage is enough to start. You will hear back within one business day with pricing and honest lead times.
We run event flooring out of Baton Rouge, Nashville and Orlando, and install across all fifty states. Wherever your show lands, we ship, lay and pull it back up.
