In The Market, Not Shipping Into It

The busiest convention floor in America is a local job for us.

USA Event Carpet runs out of Baton Rouge, Nashville and Orlando. Having a Central Florida base is not a formality here — Orlando is one of the highest-volume trade show markets in the country, and volume means compressed move-in windows, contractor queues and rooms that flip the same week.

Being in the market means we can walk a floor before quoting it instead of guessing from a drawing, and we can respond when a show adds space late. That is the whole reason we keep a base here rather than freighting material down from somewhere else.

Vinyl plank and rolled vinyl flooring in an event space

Vinyl plank & rolled vinyl

Hard surface where carpet will not do: bars, kitchens, entryways, brand activations, and anywhere a floor has to be wiped down. It handles Florida humidity and afternoon storms better than carpet does.

Where We Work

Orlando and the Central Florida corridor.

The anchor is the Orange County Convention Center, which offers roughly 7 million square feet of space including more than 2 million square feet of exhibit space, making it one of the largest convention centers in the United States. Around it sit Camping World Stadium, the Kia Center, the Inter&Co Stadium, and the resort convention properties — Gaylord Palms in Kissimmee with over 500,000 square feet of meeting space, Rosen Shingle Creek, Hyatt Regency Orlando, Caribe Royale and the Disney and Universal conference hotels.

We cover the whole corridor from Sanford down through Lake Buena Vista and Kissimmee, and out to the coast for Daytona and Space Coast work. Because we install nationwide, a planner who starts with us in Orlando can take the same crew and material to their next market.

After The Show

We lay it, we pull it, and we recycle it.

A market this busy throws away an enormous amount of event carpet. We take ours back up and send it to be recycled instead — roughly 80% of the carpet we remove goes back into new carpet rather than into a Florida landfill.

If a show organiser or corporate client needs proof for a sustainability report, we can provide recycling documentation for the job. Same crew, same truck, so teardown is not another vendor to manage.

Straight Answers

Questions Orlando planners ask us first.

Do you install, or is it delivery only?

Both. Take the material for your own crew, or have ours lay, tape and pull it. Most Orlando installs happen overnight or inside the venue move-in window, so the room is finished before your first attendee walks in.

Do you work inside the Orange County Convention Center?

Yes. We supply and install event flooring for shows across both OCCC buildings, and we plan around the move-in and move-out windows the show sets rather than assuming an open dock.

How much notice do you need?

We answer quote requests within one business day, and short-notice Central Florida jobs are often possible because we keep a base in the market. Send the venue, dates and square footage and we will tell you honestly what is doable.

Can I see the color before I commit?

Yes. Pick the colors you are considering on any product page and request samples. They travel with your quote, so you are matching against the real thing instead of a screen.
